INJURY PREVENTION EXERCISES:
These physiotherapy exercises are aimed at injury prevention and basic strength and conditioning. Suitable for people new to activity right up to elite athletes. This session was designed by Ryan which was part of many professional footballers daily routine as well as patients recoverying from certain types of pathologies. These exercises will develop core strength throughout which will reduce risk of non-contact injuries.
Hamstring injuries are an extremely common occurrence among active people. If not treated correnctly, then there will be a high chance of re-injury. This document focuses on some of the rehabilitation exercises needed to be performed throughout all phases of recovery.
